This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the use of paid services on Koli Samaj Matrimony (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing any membership or paid service, you agree to this policy.
All membership fees paid on Koli Samaj Matrimony are non-refundable.
Once a membership plan is activated, no refund will be provided, even if the service is used partially or not used at all.
Users may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, if applicable.
No refund will be issued for the remaining validity period after cancellation.
We do not guarantee successful matches, responses, or marriage.
Refunds will not be provided due to lack of responses, matches, or personal dissatisfaction.
A refund may be considered only if:
Payment is successfully deducted, but membership is not activated, AND
The issue is confirmed to be a technical error from our system.
Such cases must be reported within 7 days of payment.
If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction:
The excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, wallets, or payment providers.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
